reports he was driving on main st and while stopped for a person crossing the street, a person driving behind him almost crashed into him. The other driver followed him and argument ensued and caller said other driver was going to call the police. Second call from other driver reports that he had to slow for an elderly driver and driver 1 almost hit him while on Main st. Caller report driver 1 raced around the back streets and pulled in front of him and slammed on the brakes almost causing a collision. An argument ensued and driver 1 raced off.
