Historical Society presented the Sister Alfreda Award
On January 3, 2012 the Lemhi County Historical Society was presented the Sister Alfreda Award. This prestigious award is presented annually to the museum that has shown to provide outstanding service in preserving Idaho’s history. The recognition also includes a $10,000 cash award. Hope Benedict,Fred Snook and representatives of Idaho Heritage Trust, Idaho Humanities Council and the Idaho State Historical Society participated in the ceremony.
