Another view of "Agenda 21"

In a recent letter to the Editor of LemhiWeb, Lloyd Jones referred to something he calls "Agenda 21" and included a link to a Tea Party propaganda piece that drags out and stirs up that alleged "United Nations inspired conspiracy against the people of the West" pot.
